In today's market, choosing just any real estate agent isn't enough.

With all the internet technology and phone applications available to buyers today, most buyers search for homes on their own using such sites as Zillow, Trulia and Redfin. These sites pull those listings from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  This is where Realtors input and update their listings.  It makes sense that if you could search from and receive updates from the MLS, that data will be the most current.
I offer some leading edge techniques and strategies to improve your home search such as:
  • Free MLS Search - we provide you a link directly to the MLS
  • Sign up for our FREE e-mail service that sends out alerts based on your criteria.  You'll know when a home comes on the market, is reduced in price, or comes back on the market.  All directly from the MLS. This is a great way to keep up on the market too!
  • Client Portal - allows you to view these homes and save them or reject which can help better organize your home search.

So why does your agent matter?

Clearly finding a home that is for sale is not such a huge challenge for buyers.  You're not just "finding" a home, you're "buying" a home.

Buying a home just may be one of the biggest investments you make in your life and yet it isn't just a "piece of property" it represents so much more to most of us.

When you find that home you love and an offer is accepted, you have a legally binding contract with terms, conditions, contingencies, time frames, and rights as a buyer.  It's important to have a knowledgeable, experienced, full time professional Realtor advising you, protecting your interests and navigating you through the transaction.  There is a plethora of information out there. Your agent can help you make sense of today's market and the buying process from making an offer, to having that offer accepted and through to the close of escrow always with your interests and needs as the top priority.

When buying real estate, you need to consider every aspect of your personal and financial goals - present and future. Everyone's situation is unique, we take the time to get to know your goals and needs so we can help you achieve them.

What does the buyer pay for these services?  NOTHING, ZILCH, ZIPPO.  These services are FREE to the buyer.  So why wait?
